Choosing who represents you is a big deal, and I don't take it lightly. Trading up, scaling down, or starting fresh somewhere new — it's all the same underneath. Life moved, and the house needs to catch up. I'll know the comps and the neighborhoods. I'll know what you're actually after first.
Then we go find the place where it happens. Buying, selling, or both at once — I'll keep it clear, keep you in the loop, and make it feel lighter than you expected.
That's the part I'm good at. Not just the comps and the contracts, but the thinking that comes first: what you actually want this next chapter to look like.
Some of my clients need more room. Some are ready to let go of a house that's gotten too big. Some are landing here from somewhere else entirely. Different moves — same moment. Something shifted, and now there's a decision to make.
Real estate is my second act, and I got here the long way — as a stylist, a doula, a childbirth educator, a coach. One thread runs through all of it: I've spent my whole life helping people through the moments that change everything.
A move is one of those moments. It's rarely about square footage. It's about the life you're stepping into.
I also picked up tennis at 40, having never played, and now I'm on two to four USTA teams a season. Turns out I like starting new things. I'm raising three sons with my husband JP, and I'm a hopeless foodie for every taco stand and farmers market between here and the 210 — though if you're buying, it's Bardot.
That it's never really about the house. I love seeing the excitement on the face of my clients when their deal closes!
