Information I collect

• What you give me. Your name, email, phone number and anything you share about your plans (like when you'd like to move or what you're looking for). This happens when you fill out a form on this website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a sign-up page for one of my free guides, or when you message me on Instagram.
• What's collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how people use the site and to measure and improve my advertising. These tools may collect your browser and device type, the pages you visit and your general location.

How I use it

• To send you the guide, home list or information you asked for.
• To follow up by email, phone or text about buying or selling real estate, if you've agreed to that.
• To answer your questions and help you with your move.
• To improve my website, content and advertising.

Text messages

If you give me your phone number and agree to be contacted, I may call or text you about your real estate questions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. I never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only:

• With the services that help me run my business: Keller Williams Command (my client database and email), ActiveCampaign (my mailing list), ManyChat (Instagram message automation), Zapier (which moves your sign-up into my database), Stan (my guide download pages), Showit (this website) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• With Keller Williams Covina, my brokerage, as part of my work as an agent.
• With others, like a lender or inspector, only when you ask me to or agree to it.
• When the law requires it.

Cookies and ads

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram, go to Settings, then Ad preferences, in your account.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Reply STOP to any text.
• Contact me to stop calls, or to see, correct or delete the information I have about you.

California residents

California law gives you the right to know what personal information I've collected about you, to ask me to correct or delete it, and to use these rights without being treated differently. To make a request, contact me below. I don't sell personal information.

Keeping it safe

I use established services to store your information, and I keep it only as long as I need it for the reasons above or as the law requires.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new date.
